Exceptional wine, characterised by a perfect taste-olfactory balance, which is the result of a complex interaction between the different components forming its structure, particularly the good balance among fruit, acids and tannins.
Our Barolo d.o.c.g. "LAUT" is a top quality selection. It is produced with the finest grapes of our best vineyard, planted on the top of the hill named "Laut" in 1971.
Organoleptic property
Colour: Deep ruby red that turns into garnet red with age, with vivid orangey reflexes.
Bouquet: Ethereal, intense, with hints of dried rose, spices and dried fruits. The fruit of the first months gives away to a sublime spices and earthiness edge. The violet, the liquorice and the fragrance of the first harvested, ripe fruits will conduct the palate to more appropriate spices together with hints of vanilla coming from the oak in which this wine has aged. Complex retro-nasal notes.
Taste: Dry and complex, full-bodied, imposing, elegant, well balanced, with a robust structure but harmonious and velvety. Warm sensation with a persistence refined character, full and well aristocratic palate. Persistent aftertaste with a pleasant liquorice note.
Food Suggestions: Excellent with roasted and braised meats, mature cheeses and dishes enriched with the aroma of truffles.

Barolo "Terre del mago" d.o.c.g. Riserva
Our Barolo d.o.c.g. RISERVA "Terre del Mago" is our top quality Barolo selection produced with the finest grapes of our best vineyard, planted on a part of the hill "Bricco Laut", in Perno. The ideal terroir and position of this particularly steep vineyard, south-oriented, allow us to produce an exceptional wine, characterised by a perfect taste-olfactory balance, along with a good structure and a wonderful harmony between acids and tannins.
After 5 years ageing our Barolo Riserva is ready to express the best of its characteristic territory of origin.
Organoleptic property
Colour: Garnet red with age with vivid orangey reflexes.
Bouquet: Ethereal, very intense, with hints of dried rose, jam, spices and dried fruits (prune). Blackberry and strawberry jam, prune, nuts, but also pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla and liquorice: here are just some of the numerous notes you can perceive in this amazing Barolo.
Taste: Dry and complex, full-bodied, imposing, with great structure, elegant, well balanced. Good tannicity though harmonious and velvety. Pleasant, persistent aftertaste, full and aristocratic palate.
Food Suggestions: Excellent with roasted and braised meats, mature cheeses and dishes enriched with truffles. Ideal as "meditation wine".

Nebbiolo Langhe d.o.c.
Some claim that this name derives from "nobile" (noble) because Nebbiolo was usually served at aristocratic tables, but the more likely origin of its name comes from a derivation of "nebbia" (mist) which frequently lingers around the vines during the grape harvest.
These grapes give the best results when grown in the calcareous marls of these hills, on the right bank of the Tanaro river, in the heart of the area of the Barolo wine, which is produced using Nebbiolo grapes.

Colour: Ruby red that turns into garnet red with ageing.
Bouquet: Rich and intense, with hints of dried rose, ripe berries and cherry, but also spicy, with notes of vanilla, cinnamon and tobacco, coming from the oak in which this wine has aged.
Taste: Elegant, dry and complex, full-bodied, imposing, well balanced, with structure and high in tannin. Warm sensation with a persistent refined character and full palate. Persistent, pleasant aftertaste.
Food Suggestions: Excellent with roasted and braised meats and mature cheeses. Excellent with grana and parmesan
cheese.

Barbera d'Alba d.o.c. Superiore
Dry red wine, obtained from a traditional vinification process, with a good ageing potential.
Barbera wine bears the "Superiore" denomination when it undergoes minimum 1 year of oak barrels ageing.
Organoleptic property
Colour: Deep ruby red, tending to garnet red after the ageing.
Bouquet: intense typical fruity aroma with hints of blackberry, raspberry and ripe cherries; delicate, seductive hints of vanilla and almonds.
Taste: dry, full-bodied and well-balanced, with good acidity. Well-structured, elegant and wellrounded flavour.
Food Suggestions: Ideal with red meats, game, rich soups and cheese.

Dolcetto d'Alba d.o.c.
Dry red wine exclusively obtained from Dolcetto grapes, cultivated on the well exposed hills of the Langhe district.
Organoleptic property
Colour: Ruby red with intense violet reflexes.
Bouquet: Intense typical vinous aroma, fruity aroma with hints of black cherry, blackberry and prune.
Taste: Dry, balanced, round, slightly tannic, with a characteristic bitter finish reminiscent of
almonds.
Food Suggestions: Easy drinking wine that pairs well with all disse, particularly with pasta and pizza. Ideal
with cheese ans salami.

Chardonnay Langhe d.o.c.
From perfectly ripe Chardonnay grapes cultivated in our vineyards, in the noble region of the Langhe, comes this elegant, full-bodied white wine.

Colour: Straw yellow with bright reflexes.
Bouquet: Intense fruity aroma, with hints of tropical fruit, particularly of pineapple and banana.
Taste: Dry, balanced, fresh, with good acidity and pleasant aftertaste.
Food Suggestions: Easy drinking wine, ideal as aperitiv. It pairs well with starters, fish, light pasta dishes and
fresh cheese.
